Terms and Conditions – 779ph Online Betting Platform Philippines

Welcome to 779ph. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and 779ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the online casino and sports betting services available at 779ph.best.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on 779ph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the 779ph platform.

• Accounts are non-transferable. You cannot sell, assign, or gift your 779ph account to another person.
• Account balances cannot be transferred to another account — on 779ph or any other platform.

All transactions on 779ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following deposit and withdrawal conditions apply to all 779ph accounts:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Accepted payment methods include: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.
• 779ph does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Third-party transaction fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be rejected and returned.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method verified in your name — the same one used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• 779ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving large or unusual withdrawal requests.

779ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated within each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to eligible players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Each bonus promotion has its own wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific requirement is stated on each promotion.
• Bonuses may be voided if it is determined that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk, or coordinating bonus play with other accounts.

All bets placed on 779ph — whether on sports markets, casino games, or any other product — are subject to the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except through any "Cash Out" function that may be available for eligible bets at the time.
• Bets placed in error — due to misreading odds, selecting the wrong market, or any other player mistake — are not grounds for a refund or cancellation after the bet has been accepted.
• If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum number of minutes of play required to settle the bet has been completed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet.
• For live in-play betting, 779ph reserves the right to suspend markets at any time. Bets placed prior to suspension are honoured unless a pricing error is identified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 779ph platform. Detection of any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using 779ph for any fraudulent transaction, money laundering activity, or any other criminal purpose is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through multi-accounting, collusion, or any strategy designed specifically to extract value from bonuses rather than for genuine gaming purposes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players on casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute for funds that were legitimately deposited and used on the platform.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploitation of software errors: Taking advantage of any technical error or glitch to gain a benefit. Any winnings generated through an identified technical fault will be voided.

• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, 779ph reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance. If an account is closed for any other reason, any remaining legitimate balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, following completion of any required verification.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
